A fully organized Neurosurgery Department operates within the Athens Euroclinic, offering top-level healthcare services for the diagnosis, hospitalization and treatment of neurosurgery cases.
The Department is staffed by specialists with excellent scientific training and long experience in neurosurgery in Greece and abroad. The large multidisciplinary team consists of a neurosurgeon, a neurologist, a radiologist, an interventional radiologist and an intensivist, all of whom aim to offer individualized care to each patient. The physicians work closely together and exchange information so as to select the most suitable diagnostic method (CT, MRI, MRA, DSA), surgical approach and postoperative treatment.
The Department is equipped with the latest technology and is staffed by qualified nursing personnel, who are constantly on alert and attend regular training seminars, ensuring the most optimal and effective treatment for neurosurgical patients.

The Athens Euroclinic Radiodiagnostic Lab fully meets the requirements of the Neurosurgery Department 24/7 with state-of-the-art imaging equipment (CT scanner, MRI scanner) and a separate department for digital angiographies and interventional neuroradiology procedures, such as brain aneurysm embolization.
The Clinical Pathology and Cytology labs have extensive experience on brain and spinal cord histology, assisting the Neurosurgery Department daily.
Significant assistance is also offered by the fully equipped Microbiology and Clinical Biochemistry labs, which are staffed by technicians with long experience and the ability to meet the needs of neurosurgery patients.
