Corporate Lawyer
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer to join our Legal Department Team,, at Euroclinic Group, located in Athens. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the organization, including contract reviews, negotiations, and risk management. The Corporate Lawyer will also be responsible for ensuring the organization complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of corporate law, administrative law and relevant regulations
Experience in contract drafting, review, and day to day general counseling
Ability to provide sound legal advice and risk management strategies
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Fluent in Greek and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Law
Master’s degree in Law or relevant field is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law or related field
Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
