This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Analyst located in Athens.
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, generating financial reports, performing cost analyses and providing insights to support decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
Contributing to monthly and year-end IFRS financial reporting
Preparing and analyzing financial reports comparing actuals vs. budget
Supporting daily reporting needs of the CFO and senior management
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes across departments.
Preparing and updating and maintaining accurate business plans and budgets
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance
3-4 years experience in Accounting, Finance or related field
Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and trends
Solid understanding of Finance principles and IFRS
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Strong data analytic capabilities (eg POWER BI) and familiarity with ERP systems, will be considered a plus
Progress toward CFA, ACCA, or other relevant certifications is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
