Euroclinic Children’s Hospital: New Intensive Care Unit headed by Mr. Papadatos

With the aim of continuously improving the medical services it offers to young patients, the Euroclinic Children’s Hospital is inaugurating the new Intensive Care Unit (ICU), headed by Mr. Ioannis Papadatos, former Director of the ICU at Aglaia Kyriakou Children’s Hospital.

The Euroclinic Children’s Hospital Intensive Care Unit is dedicated to providing specialized and well-rounded support to young patients suffering from life-threatening diseases as well as to those recovering from major surgery (orthopedic, ENT, pediatric, orthognathic, etc.). Some of the diseases treated in the ICU are severe asthma, acute respiratory failure, heart problems, cardiac arrest, diabetic coma and epileptic seizures.

The Euroclinic Children’s Hospital ICU is equipped with the latest medical technology (ventilators, renal replacement therapy equipment, monitors, etc.) and is staffed by a team of specialists, nurses and consultants from all pediatric and pediatric surgery specialties, ready to cater for even the most demanding cases.
